Refund Policy

Raziel619 is a print-on-demand shop specializing in anime and gaming merch. Each product is made to order, meaning returns and exchanges are not available if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

I offer a 30-day refund policy for cases involving damaged products or manufacturing errors. If your order is undeliverable, you may request a reprint (with an extra charge) or a partial refund. If the issue was due to a production error, a free reprint can be arranged.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, email raziel619dev@gmail.com with the following:

• Proof of purchase
• A clear photo of the product defect

Once reviewed, I’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact me at raziel619dev@gmail.com.
